BISHOP NOEL A. PANTOJA
Bishop Noel Pantoja is the National Director of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC), the umbrella organization of 78 evangelical denominations, more than 30,000 local churches, and 268 missions and para church organizations in the Philippines.
He is concurrently serving as the President of Philippine Relief and Development Services (Philrads), the relief arm of PCEC.
He served most recently as General Director of the Conservative Baptist Association of the Phils (CBAP) and Church Planting Pastor of Subic Bay Community of Faith (SBCF).
He was installed as PCEC National Director in June 2015.

Bishop Noel is happily married to Jennifer for 34 years, and they are blessed with three children—Mark, Liza and Zacharee— and seven grandchildren.
